Prospective & New Residents

Every Queens Cove Resident has their own Personal Gate Code.

All other visitors, entrance to your address should be by the Queens Cove Directory. Contractors may access the Queens Cove Gate using the Contractor Gate Code. Hours for Contractors are Monday to Saturday between the hours of 7:30am - 5pm. No Contractor work is allowed on Sunday or Holidays.

Gate Transmitters are available for purchase from the Queens Cove Secretary. Prices for additional Queens Cove Transmitters are $40.00 each.
